My purpose in life is to worship God through my work by sharing my experience with Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs and professionals, helping them make better decisions and build a better quality of life today and in the future.

I currently come alongside individuals, entrepreneurs, and leaders in strengthening their personal finances, leadership, strategic planning, business models, and organizational development. Since 2014, I have served as a coach and mentor in Peru, Bolivia, Argentina, and Mexico, walking alongside people and organizations that seek to make a meaningful social, cultural, and holistic impact.

I have also had the opportunity to support pastors, church planters, and missionaries, offering leadership, strategy, and management tools to strengthen their service and mission.

I bring more than 37 years of experience in the commercial sector across Latin America, along with a background as a university professor and academic director in postgraduate education.

I have been married to my wife, Claudia, for 35 years.

We live in Mexico City with our son and our two daughters.

I am an entrepreneur, business leader, and industrial engineer with more than 15 years of experience building and leading companies across multiple industries.

I hold an MBA from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, with European certification from the Universidad Europea de Madrid, and I have completed executive studies at Harvard University.

Throughout my career, I have founded and managed businesses in transportation, international trade, agriculture, real estate, and hospitality. I was born in Peru and am now based in the United States, where I remain committed to creating sustainable opportunities that generate value for families, communities, and future generations.

My professional journey has been shaped by integrity, stewardship, service, and continuous learning. As a member of the Advisory Council of Manos Que Suman, I contribute my experience in business strategy, organizational development, and long-term planning. I am passionate about supporting initiatives that strengthen families, promote education, and bring hope to vulnerable communities. I believe leadership is not only measured by success, but by the positive impact we leave in the lives of others.

Together with my wife and daughters, I seek to live out my faith through service, generosity, and purposeful action.

I am honored to serve the Lord through the advisory council of Manos Que Suman!  It has been wonderful to serve alongside the MQS team over the past several years both in person and remotely.  I'm excited to see how God is blessing them in their endeavors to share the Gospel of Jesus with the city of Lima, Peru and beyond.

As the Overseer (Executive Director) of The Knights of the Kingdom, I have been blessed to lead a dynamic ministry focused on serving other Gospel-centered nonprofits and churches in their specific work for God’s Kingdom.  We accomplish this through service projects, fundraising, and administrative help.  Our organization has partnered with MQS in all of these ways and we continue to look forward towards new initiatives to enhance their work.

I served as an Infantry Officer in the PA Army National Guard for 10 years after completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies from Lancaster Bible College.  More recently I have completed my Masters of Nonprofit Management from Liberty University and have experience in international missions, nonprofit development, and cross-cultural training from both military and civilian perspectives.

My wife and I live with our three sons in our home state of Pennsylvania.

My purpose in life is to serve others as a follower of Christ, sharing the Gospel and reflecting God’s love through my work and relationships.

I currently serve as a teacher and videographer, using storytelling and education as tools to inspire, guide, and communicate. Through filming and post-production, I seek to create meaningful content that connects with people and adds value to their lives.

With over 20 years of experience in Spain and the United States, I have developed skills not only in audiovisual production, but also as an educator and advisor, walking alongside others in their personal and professional growth.

I have also had the privilege of serving in ministry as a volunteer, supporting churches and initiatives like “Manos que Suman” by offering guidance, encouragement, and practical counsel to those seeking to make a positive impact in their communities.

I am originally from Madrid, Spain, and now live in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, with my wife and our two young daughters. My family is one of God’s greatest gifts in my life and a daily reminder of His faithfulness.
